This research was conducted to see the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in civil servants at Ajendam I/Bukit Barisan Medan. The results of the study using the Pearson product moment (rxy) correlation technique are known to be 0.842 with p = 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which shows that the higher the job satisfaction of civil servants, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of civil servants, and the hypothesis in this study is accepted. . Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it is known that job satisfaction in civil servants is low with a hypothetical mean (92.5) and an empirical mean (81.51) and the difference exceeds the number one elementary school (6.555), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees civil administration is low with a hypothetical mean (92.5) and empirical mean (81.13) and the difference exceeds one SD (10.407).
