Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara Motivasi Belajar dengan self regulated learning siswa siswi kelas VII dan VIII di Mts Aisyiyah Deli Serdang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa siswi kelas VII dan VIII MTs Aisyiyah Deli Serdang yang berjumlah 146 siswa siswi, dan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 146 siswa siswi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Total Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Motivasi Belajar dari teori Handoko (2002), mengenai kuatnya kemauan untuk berbuat, Jumlah waktu yang disediakan untuk belajar Ketiga Keralaan meninggalkan kewajiban, keempat Ketekunan dalam mengerjakan tugas dan skala self regulated learning dari teori zimmermen 1990 mengenai Kemampuan mengatur diri aspek kognitif (cognitive self regulation), Kemampuan diri aspek social emosional (social emosional self regulation), dan Kemampuan mengatur diri aspek prilaku. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi korelasi p = 0,002 < 0,05, artinya ada hubungan yang positif antara Motivasi Belajar dengan self regulated learning pada siswa siswi Mts Aisyiyah Deli Serdang, dengan koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,248 atau 24,8% dengan kata lain hipotesis diterima. self regulated learning Mts Aisyiyah tergolong rendah dengan (mean empirik = 74,55 < mean hipotetik = 90 dimana selisihnya lebih dari SD = 13,745) dan untuk Motivasi Belajar tergolong rendah (mean empirik = 57,20 < mean hipotetik = 75 dimana selisihnya lebih dari SD = 9,189). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between learning motivation and self regulated learning for students in grades VII and VIII at Mts Aisyiyah Deli Serdang. The research method used in this study is a quantitative correlation method. The population of this study were all students of class VII and VIII of MTs Aisyiyah Deli Serdang, totaling 146 students, and the sample used in this study was 146 students. The sampling technique in this study used the Total Sampling Technique. The method of data collection uses the Learning Motivation scale from Handoko's theory (2002), regarding the strength of the will to act, the amount of time provided for learning Third, Willingness to leave obligations, Perseverance in doing assignments and the self regulated learning scale from the 1990 Zimmermen theory regarding the Ability to self-regulate cognitive aspects (cognitive self-regulation), ability to self-emotional social aspects (social emotional self-regulation), ability to self-regulate behavioral aspects. Data analysis technique uses Product Moment Correlation. The results showed a significant correlation value p = 0.002 <0.05, meaning that there is a positive correlation between learning motivation and self regulated learning in students of MTs Aisyiyah Deli Serdang, with a coefficient determine (r2) = 0.248 or 24.8%, in other words, the hypothesis accepted. Mts Aisyiyah's self regulated learning is low (empirical mean = 74.55 < hypothetical mean = 90 where the difference is more than SD = 13.745) and Learning Motivation is low (empirical mean = 57.20 < hypothetical mean = 75 where the difference is more than SD = 9.189).
