Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Informasi, Sistem dan Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Berbasis Mobile Banking Pada PT Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pematang Raya Simalungun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking pada PT Bank Sumut sebanyak 192.000. Penarikan sample dengan metode Slovin. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sample sebanyak 100 orang pengguna aplikasi mobile banking. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi berbasis mobile banking di PT Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pematang Raya Simalungun. Kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi berbasis mobile banking di PT Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pematang Raya Simalungun. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi berbasis mobile banking di PT Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pematang Raya Simalungun. Secara simultan kualitas informasi, sistem dan pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi berbasis mobile banking di PT Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pematang Raya Simalungun. This study aims to determine the effect of information quality, systems and services on user satisfaction based on mobile banking applications at PT Bank Sumut, Pematang Raya Simalungun branch office. This type of research is quantitative. Source of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study is all customers who use the mobile banking application at PT Bank Sumut as many as 192,000. Withdrawal of samples with the Slovin method. In this study, the number of samples was 100 mobile banking application users. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction based on mobile banking applications at PT Bank Sumut, Pematang Raya Simalungun Branch Office. System quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction based on mobile banking applications at PT Bank Sumut Pematang Raya Simalungun Branch Office. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction based on mobile banking applications at PT Bank Sumut Pematang Raya Simalungun Branch Office. Simultaneously the quality of information, systems and services has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction based on mobile banking applications at PT Bank Sumut Pematang Raya Simalungun Branch Office.
