This study aims to determine alternative substrate materials that can potentially replace or with a combination of wood sawdust and coconut coir powder (Cocopeat) can increase the growth and production of white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus). This research was conducted from February to May 2022. This research was carried out using the non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 5 treatment levels, namely: the first level is A0 (100% Sengon wood powder), the second level is A1 (100 % Coconut Coir Powder), the third level is A2 (25% Coconut Coir Powder + 75% Sengon Wood Powder), the fourth level is A3 (50% Coconut Coir Powder + 50% Sengon Wood Powder), and the fifth level is A4 (75% Coconut coir powder + 25% sengon wood powder). The results showed that the combined media formulation of sawdust and cocopeat had a very significant effect on the wet weight of the oyster mushroom harvest but had no significant effect on the growth of the mycelium covering the substrate/baglog, the age at which the caps appeared (Pin heads). treatment A0 (100% sawdust) with the highest average wet weight.
