dc.description.abstractTujuan penclitian yang ingin dicapai oleh penulis dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengctahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Medan. Populasi clalam pcnelitian ini adalah scluruh pegawai Bagian Umum Sekrelariat Daerah Kota Medan yang berjumlah 62 orang, dengan pengambilan sarnpcl yang mcnggunakan rumus Arikonto dipcroleh sampel yaitu seluruh jumlah dari populasi yang berjumlah 62 orang. Adapun teknik aiialisis data yang dipcrgunakan yaitu Uji Validitas dan Reabilitas, Uji Analisis Rcgrcsi Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik clan Uji Hipotesis yailu Uji T (Parsial),Uji F (Simultan) dan Koefisien Determinasi (R\ Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah disajikan penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa analisa data dan pembahasan dalam penelitian maka diperoleh jawaban dari rumusan masalah yaitu stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kola Medan. Research objectives to be achieved by the authors of this study is to find out the influence of job stress and job satisfaction significantly to the performance of employees of the General Section of the City Regional Secretariat Medan. The population in this study is all employees of the General Section Medan City Regional Secretariat, totaling 62 people, by taking For samples using the Arikonto formula, the sample obtained is the entire sample the total population of 62 people. The data analysis technique used is Validity Test and Reliability, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Classical Assumption Test and Test The hypothesis is T Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous) and the Coefficient of Determination (R\ Based on the results of research and discussion that has been presented the writer draws the conclusion that the data analysis and discussion in the study then the answers are obtained from the formulation of the problem, namely work stress and satisfaction work has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the General section Regional Secretariat of Kola Medan.en_US
