Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Pengaruh Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang, dan Perputaran Persediaan Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Food And Beverages yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2020 secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Food And Beverages sebanyak 26 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh berdasarkan kriteria sebanyak 16 pertahun perusahaan sektor Food And Beverages. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif menggunakan SPSS v.25. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Perputaran Kas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, Perputaran Piutang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas dan Perputaran Persediaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Profitabilitas. The purpose of this research is to partially and simultaneously influence the influence of Cash Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover on Profitability in Food and Beverages Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 26 Food and Beverages companies with a sampling technique based on criteria using purposive sampling. The samples obtained based on the criteria are 16 companies per year in the Food and Beverages sector. This type of research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The data analysis technique used is quantitative with descriptive statistics using SPSS v.25. The results of the study stated that Cash Turnover partially had a positive and significant effect on Profitability, Accounts Receivable Turnover partially had a positive and significant effect on Profitability and Inventory Turnover partially had a positive and significant effect on Profitability.
