Abstract: Kesimpulan: 1. Hubungan penilaian prestasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 0,23 artinya 23% penilaian prestasi kerja mempunyai kontribusi terhasap produktivitas kerja, sedangkan 77% dipengaruhi yang lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. 2. Sistem penilaian yang dilakukan adalah kombinasi metode scale - grafik dengan manajemen berdasarkan sasaran. 3. Tujuan penilaian prestasi kerja pada PT. JASINDO Cabang adalah untuk kenaikan pangkat, pemindahan, kenaikan gaji, demosi dan pengenalan kebutuhan pengembangan. Conclusion: 1. The relationship between work performance appraisal and work productivity is 0.23 meaning that 23% of work performance appraisal has a contribution to work productivity, while 77% are influenced by others who are not included in this study. 2. The scoring system used is a combination of the scale-graphic method with management by objectives. 3. The purpose of performance appraisal at PT. JASINDO Branch is for promotions, transfers, salary increases, demotions and introductions development needs.
