dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui dan menggambarkan kinerja perusahaan pada Hotel Parapat View dimasa pandemi. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk dapat menciptakan strategi perusahaan yang tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja yang baik pada Hotel Parapat View. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard dan analisis SWOT. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Hotel Parapat View yang terletak di Parapat, Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pada Hotel Parapat View jika diukur menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard menghasilkan kinerja yang cukup baik. Pada perspektif keuangan dinilai cukup baik, perspektif pelanggan dinilai cukup baik, perspektif proses bisnis internal dinilai buruk dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dinilai cukup baik. Jika diukur menggunakan analisis SWOT maka Hotel Parapat View terletak pada kuadran II. Dimana hotel menghadapi berbagai ancaman tetapi perusahaan masih memiliki kekuatan dari segi internal This study aims to be able to find out and describe the company's performance at the Parapat View Hotel during a pandemic. This research also aims to be able to create the right corporate strategy so that it can improve the quality of good performance at Hotel Parapat View. The methodology used in this study is descriptive quantitative, with data analysis techniques in this study using the Balanced Scorecard method and SWOT analysis. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The location of this research was carried out at the Parapat View Hotel which is located in Parapat, North Sumatra. The results of this study indicate that the performance at Hotel Parapat View when measured using the Balanced Scorecard method produces a fairly good performance. From the financial perspective it is considered good enough, the customer perspective is considered quite good, the internal business process perspective is considered bad and the growth and learning perspective is considered quite good. If measured using SWOT analysis, Parapat View Hotel is located in quadrant II. Where the hotel faces various threats but the company still has internal strength.en_US
