Abstract: PT Socfindo Aek Loba termasuk perusahaan swasta yang berbadan nasional perseroan terbatas yang bergerak di bidang usaha pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit (Palm Oil Mill). Pabrik kelapa sawit ini menggunakan pembangkit listrik sendiri sebagai sumber energi listrik untuk menjalankan pengolahan pabrik kelapa sawit. Harga listrik PT Socfindo menurut perhitungan menggunakan suku bunga 6% dan 12% dengan menggunakan bahan bakar bakar solar 6%= Rp.10.154.317 kWh, 12% =Rp.3.918.084 kWh dan pada Cangkang 6%= Rp.10.105.487, 12%=3.918036 kWh dan Fiber 6%= Rp.10.105.487, 12%= Rp.3.918.036 kWh. Penggunaan bahan bakar Cangkang dan Fiber lebih ekonomis dan lebih menguntungkan pada pembangkit listrik tenaga uap yang berada pada PKS PT Socfindo dengan Break Event Point yang didapat yaitu 0,037 tahun dengan total biaya pokok produksi dala setahun yaitu Rp.63.000.000.000. Dari kinerja penggunaan bahan bakar Cangkang dan Fiber dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pada pembakaran boiler dengan besar 659.700.000 Mj/tahun yang Dimana energi yang dihasilkan bahan bakar cangkang dan fiber yaitu sebesar 8.816.804.044. Mj/tahun. Biaya Produksi listrik PLTU dalamkebutuhsn pengolahan pabrik kelapa sawit kWh. PT Socfindo Aek Loba is a private company with a national limited liability company operating in the palm oil mill business. This palm oil mill uses its own power plant as a source of electrical energy to run the processing of the palm oil mill. PT Socfindo's electricity price according to calculations uses an interest rate of 6% and 12% using diesel fuel 6% = IDR 211,5258 kWh, 12% = IDR 212,8517 kWh and in the shell 6% = IDR 162,7548, 12% = 164,0807 kWh and Fiber 6%= Rp.162.7338, 12%= Rp.164.0597 kWh. The use of Shell and Fiber fuel is more economical and more profitable in the steam power plant which is in PT Socfindo's PKS with the Break Even Point obtained which is 0.037 years with a total cost of production in a year of IDR 63,000,000,000. From the performance of using shell and fiber fuel, it can meet the needs for burning boilers with a magnitude of 659,700,000 Mj/year, where the energy produced by shell and fiber fuel is 8,816,804,044. Mj/year. The cost of producing electricity from PLTU for the processing needs of palm oil mills is very economical compared to the price at PT PLN, which is Rp. 1,644.52 per kWh.
