dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perspektif pelanggan dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran terhadap pengukuran kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 karyawan dan 35 pelanggan tetap dan sampel sebanyak 15 orang karyawan CV. Sinar Medan Lestari dan 30 orang pelanggan tetap dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, jenis data kuantitatif, sumber data primer, dan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Data diolah dengan menggunakan alat olah data statistik yaitu SPSS v.25 dan Software Microssoft Office Excel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perspektif pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengukuran kinerja karyawan dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengukuran kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of the customer perspective and the perspective of growth and learning on employee performance measurement. This study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were 35 employees and 35 regular customers and a sample of 15 CV employees. Sinar Medan Lestari and 30 regular customers using purposive sampling, quantitative data types, primary data sources, and questionnaire data collection techniques. Data is processed using statistical data processing tools, namely SPSS v.25 and Microsoft Office Excel Software. The data analysis technique uses a descriptive approach, the results of this study indicate that the customer perspective has a positive and significant effect on measuring employee performance and the perspective of growth and learning has a positive and significant effect on measuring employee performance. | en_US |
