Abstract: | Banjir adalah masalah yang sering terjadi di Kota Medan,bisa terjadi karena curah hujan yang tingi dan saluran Drainase yang tidak bisa menampung air Limpasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jln. Dwikora Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan. Data yang dibutuhkan adalah curah hujan, panjang saluran drainase, dimensi saluran drainase, area tangkapan air, dan ketinggian lokasi. Dalam perhitungan, beberapa metode digunakan seperti Metode Rasional, rumus empiris kirpich, rumus Manning dan Metode Sujonto. Hasilnya saluran drainase yang tidak memenuhi syarat ada 3 jalan, untuk jalan Mapelindo debit kapasitas (Q) 5,28 m3 / detik, sedangkan aliran puncak banjir (Qp) 7,18 m3/ dtk, jalan Dwikora debit kapasitasnya 0,79 m3/detik, sedangkan aliran debit banjir (Qp) 5,72 m3/detik. Dan untuk Jl. Rakyat Q= 11,70 m³/dtk Qp= 19,24 Dari hasilnya, itu dapat diprediksi bahwa sistem drainase yang ada tidak dapat menampung puncak banjir. Tindakan yang bisa diambil untuk mengendalikan banjir adalah memperdalam saluran dengan mengubah dimensinya sehingga saluran dapat menampung aliran untuk jalan Mapelindo debit rencana nya 8,55 m3/ detik jalan Mapelindo debit rencana nya 9,8 m3/detik dan untuk Jalan Rakyat debit rencana nya= 23,2 m³/dtk memenuhi syarat Perencaan Sumur Resapan yang di peroleh ialah Diameter nya= 0,5 m dan h= 3,5 m di dapat sebanyak 52 buah sumur dan mampu menyerap Banjir sebesar 70% .Selain itu, perencanaan ulang sistem drainase dan pemeliharaan yang baik mungkin merupakan solusi untuk banjir yang sering terjadi. Flooding is a problem that often occurs in the city of Medan, it can occur due to high rainfall and drainage channels that cannot hold runoff water. This research was conducted on Jln. Dwikora, Medan Perjuangan District. The data needed are rainfall, length of drainage canal, dimensions of drainage canal, catchment area, and height of location. In the calculations, several methods are used such as the Rational Method, the kirpich empirical formula, the Manning formula and the Sujonto Method. As a result, the drainage channel that does not meet the requirements has 3 roads, for the Mapelindo road the capacity discharge (Q) is 5.28 m³ / second, while the peak flood flow (Qp) is 7.18 m³ / s, the Dwikora road discharge capacity is 0.79 m³ / second, while the flood discharge flow (Qp) is 5.72 m³ / second. And for Jl. Rakyat Q= 11.70 m³/s Qp= 19.24 From the results, it can be predicted that the existing drainage system cannot accommodate the peak of the flood. The action that can be taken to control flooding is to deepen the channel by changing its dimensions so that the channel can accommodate the flow for the Mapelindo road discharge plan 8.55 m³ / second road Mapelindo discharge plan 9.8 m³ / second and for Jalan Rakyat the discharge plan = 23.2 m³ / s meets the requirements of the Infiltration Well Planning obtained is its diameter = 0.5 m and h = 3.5 m in can be as many as 52 wells and able to absorb floods by 70% . In addition, re-planning the drainage system and good maintenance may be the solution to frequent flooding. |
