Abstract: | Teori antrian dikenal dalam dunia ilmiah sebagai queueing theory atau waiting line theory, yaitu teori yang membahas tentang seluk-beluk antrian yang dilakukan orang atau benda atas kehendak manusia. Kegiatan antri timbul karena jumlah fasilitas pelayanan jasa lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan jumlah orang yang memerlukan pelayananjasa tersebut. Sistem antrian pada SPBU COCO dapat ditentukan dengan menggunakan teori antrian yaitu tingkat kedatangan berdistribusi Poisson, waktu pelayanan berdistribusi Eksponensial dengan disiplin pelayanan mengikuti aturan FIFO yaitu yang datang terlebih dahulu akan dilayani terlebih dahulu serta ukuran-ukuran dasar teori antrian dihitung dengan model antrian ganda dengan pelayanan ganda. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh berdasarkan ukuran-ukuran dasar teori antrian untuk hari Kamis, yaitu: a. Sebelum penambahan pompa (6 unit pompa), tingkat kesibukan pelayanan (K) yaitu 97,79%, peluang fasilitas menganggur (P0 ) 0,037%,jumlah unit rata-rata dalam antrian (La) 43, 77 unit, jumlah unit rata-rata dalam sistem pelayanan (L5) 49,64 unit, waktu rata-rata satu unit dalam antrian (Wa) 11,40 menit, waktu rata-rata satu unit berada dalam sistem pelayanan (W5)13,20 menit dan kemungkinaan menunggu (Pt) 95,14%. b. Setelah penambahan 2 ( dua) unit pompa (menjadi 8 unit pompa), tingkat kesibukan fasilitas pelayanan menjadi (K) 73,34%, peluang fasilitas menganggur (P0 ) 0,25%, jumlah unit rata-rata dalam antrian (La) 0,90 unit, jumlah unit rata-rata dalam sistem pelayanan (Ls) 6,77 unit, waktu rata-rata satu unit dalam antrian (Wa) 0,24 menit, waktu rata-rata satu unit berada dalam sistem pelayanan (Ws) 1,80 menit dan kemungkinaan menunggu (Pt) 32,78%. Kurangnya jumlah fasilitas pelayanan pengisian BBM untuk kenderaan roda empat, pemilihan lokasi, taksiran awal jumlah konsumen serta tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap SPBU COCO merupakan faktor penyebab terjadinya antrian yang panjang. Untuk mengurangi tingkat kesibukan pelayanan dan lamanya waktu ratarata konsumen berada dalam antrian, perlu dilakukan penambahan 2 ( dua) unit pompa pengisian BBM untuk kenderaan roda empat. The queueing theory known in the science world as waiting line theory is theory that examination about details queueing that does someone or things with human will. The queue is become because quantity of server facility little more than quantity of user it. The queueing systems at COCO Gas Station can appointed with use of queueing theory are arrival rate Poisson distribution, service time of Exponential distribution that tested with Chi-Quadrate test with discipline of queueing according to FIFO rule is first in first out and sandards of basic the queueing theory are counted with queueing models and server facility double. Calculation result can get according to standard of basic the queueing theory for thursday, are: a. Before add pump (still 6 units pump), server busy rate 97.79%, opportunity of server rest 0.037%, average total for a car in waiting line 43. 77 units, in server 49.64 units, average time for a car in waiting line 11.40 minutes, in server 13.20 minutes and possibility for waiting 95.14%. b. After add two units pump (for 8 units pump), server busy rate become 73.34%, opportunity of server rest 0.25%, average total for a car in waiting line 0.90 unit, in server 6. 77 units, average time for a car in waiting line 0.24 minute, in server 1.80 minutes and possibility for waiting 32. 78%. The less of dispensing pump for cars, choose of location, first estimation of consumers and believed rate of customers to COCO Gas Station are factors of cause to become long queue. The long time for queue can be less with increase of dispensing pump 2 units again. |
