Abstract: Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada operator yang mengeijakan secara manual di CV Putra Kencana, Nordict Questionnaire diperoleh bahwa keluhan tertinggi terdapat pada Pada stasiun pekeijaan perakitan dish, terdapat beberapa elemen peketjaan yang memiliki risiko ketja yang tinggi, di antaranya: elemen ketja membawa ke meja dish mengalami risiko ketja yaitu pada bagian tangan. Selain itu elemen keija seperti : menyusun mesh ke rangka dish, mengambil plat strip dan mengebor, dan penyatuan dengan paku tembak juga merupakan tiga elemen peketjaan yang mengalarni risiko kerja yaitu pada tubuh bagian belakang dan lengan/tangan. Hal ini disebabkan bahwa dalam perakitan dish ini, masih dilakukan secara manual dan dalam waktu yang dapat dikatakan cepat dan melakukan aktivitas yang berulang. Berdasarkan metode ManTRA. Terdapat beberapa kriteria bahwa suatu elemen pekeijaan dikatakan merniliki resiko keija yang harus diperbaiki, di antaranya Nilai faktor risiko untuk pengerahan tenaga sebesar 5, jumlah dari nilai pengerahan tenaga dan kekakuan sebesar 8 atau lebih dan nilai kumulatif risiko dari keseluruhan tubuh sebesar 15 atau lebih. Based on research conducted on skilled operators manually in CV Putra Kencana, the Nordic Questionnaire obtained that the highest complaints were found at the dish assembly work station, there were several elements of work that have a high risk of work, including: the working element brings to the table the dish experiencing the risk of working, namely on the part hand. This is due to that in the assembly this dish, is still done manually and in a timely manner quickly and perform repetitive activities. Based on ManTRA method. There are several criteria that an element of work is said to have work risks that must be corrected, including the value of risk factors for exertion by 5, the sum of the exertion and stiffness values of 8 or more and the cumulative risk value for the whole body is 15 or more.
