dc.description.abstract | Kesimpulan 1. Camat selaku pimpinan pelaksanaan administrasi mempunyai fungsi memberikan dorongan (motivasi) kepada setiap pegawai, agar para pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing s~cara bergairah dan bersemangat, _sehingga kualitas kerja pegawai akan d~pat lebih meningkat. 2. Dalam usaha meningkatkan keterampilan sekaligus kualitas kerja pegawai di kantor, perlu diberikan pendidikan dan latihan bagi setiap pegawai.. Berhasil tidaknya seorang camat selakLi pimpinan administrasi dalam m•enjalankan tugasnya pada organisasi pemerintahan, salah s~tunya yakni meniogkat~an kualitas kerja para pegawai yang sebahagian besar dipengaruhi dan ditentukan oleh kecakapannya dalam memimpin bawahan. 3. Peranan pimpinan yaitu camat dalam suatu organisasi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerja pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat menentukan, karena kepemimpinan merupakan unsur yang mutlak dalam menggerakkan kegiatan ke arah pencapaian tujuan yang akan dicapai. 4. Motivasi kerja merupakan suatu hal yang sa•ngat erat dan mempunyai • arti I penting dengan kualitas kerja, karena jika pegawai sudah terdorong atau termotivasi untuk bekerja maka pegawai tersebut akan bekerja dengan •lebih baik serta tingkah laku pegawai akan dapat ditingkatkan. Conclusion 1.
