Abstract: Setiap instansi pemerintah atau badan swasta, baik besar maupun kecil pasti bertujuan untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, dengan mempergunakan fasilitas yang ada semaksimal mungkin dan memperhatikan kerja sama yang baik di antara anggota organisasi tersebut. Kerjasama merupakan faktor penting dalam organisasi, maka harus diperhatikan pula bagaimana kerjasama itu dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Every government agency or private agency, whether large or small, is certain aims to achieve the target that has been set, by using existing facilities as much as possible and pay attention to good cooperation in between members of the organization. Collaboration is an important factor in organization, it must also be considered how the collaboration can be carried out well.
