Analisis Nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness ( OEE) Untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas pada Mesin Screw Press di PTP Nusantara IV Pabatu

Abstract

PTP Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Pabatu merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan inti sawit ti9ak terlepas dari masalah yang berkaitan dengan produktivitas dan efisiensi mesin I peralatan. Untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas dan efisiensi mesin I peralatan, maka dilakukan suatu kajian untuk menyelidiki akar penyebab permasalahan yang terjadi. Pengukuran Overall Equipment Effectiveness dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat ketersediaan., perforrnansi dan kualitas di mesin screw press selama periode April 2014 - Mei 2015. Tahap selanjutnya adalah mencari penyebab permasalahan dengan melakukan perhitungan six big losses yang merupakan faktor-faktor penyebab permasalahan yang terjadi. Diagram Pareto digunakan untuk menunjukkan faktor utarna dari six big losses yang paling berpengaruh dalam permasalahan mesin/peralatan, kemudian mengurai kannya menjadi sub-sub penyebab dengan melakukan analisis sebab akibat menggunakan cause and effect diagram. Setelah akar penyebab permasalahan diketahui, maka dilakukan usulan penyelesaian masalah melalui pendekatan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), yaitu dengan mengeliminasi six big losses. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh beberapa basil yakni nilai OEE di mesin screw press sebesar 73,23% dan persentase terkecil terjadi pada bulan November 2014 sebesar 71,15%. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan screw press machine untuk mencapai target tahunan dan dalam pencapaian efektivitas penggunaan mesin/ peralatan belum mencapai kondisi yang ideal, disebabkan ratio availibility hanya berkisar 90,07% -93,01%, performance eficiency 80,80% - 84,00% dan quality product 96,30% - 96,60%. PTP Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Pabatu is a company engaged in the processing of palm kernel can not be separated from issues related to the productivity and efficiency of machinery I equipment. To determine the level of productivity and efficiency of machinery I equipment, then carried out a study to investigate the root cause of problems that occur. Overall Equipment Effectiveness measurement was conducted to determine the extent of availability, performance and quality in the macmne screw press during the period April 2014- May 2015. The next stage is to find the cause of the problem by calculating the six big losses, which are the factors that cause the problems occurred. Pareto diagrams are used to show the major factor of six big losses of the most influential in the problems of machinery I equipment, then break them down into sub-causes by analyzing the causal use of cause and effect diagram. Once the root cause of the problem is kno\vn, then the proposed settlement of the problem through the approach of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Wmch is eliminating the six big losses. From the analysis has been done then obtained some results that OEE value in the machine screw press amounted to 73.23% and the lowest percentage occurred in November of 2014 by 71.15%. Tills indicates that the ability of the screw press machine to achieve annual targets and the acmevement of the effectiveness of the use of macmnery I equipment has not reached the ideal condition, due to availibility ratio is only around 90.07% -93.01%, 80.80% eficiency performance - 84, 00% and product quality 96.30%- 96.60%.
