Berdasarkan kondisi di atas perlu dilakukan pengolahan analisa data dengan menggunakan metode Analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat) dari produk cat Sikkens melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada konsumen. Harmony Toba Jaya is one of the car paint distributor companies with Sikkens trademark. The company chooses instant communication with workshop consumers in their marketing communications strategy. Barn paint is on the market so a strategy is needed that is relevant to the existing conditions, namely with a bottom up marketing strategy where marketers sell their products directly to the user or repair shop. Based on the conditions above, this needs to be done data analysis processing using the SWOT Analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) of Sikkens paint products through distribution questionnaire given to consumers.en_US
