dc.description.abstractAlat Penukar Panas merupakan bagian dari alat industri kimia (bagian dari unit operasi). Alat ini memegang peranan penting dalam satuan operasi. Materi itulah yang menjadi dasar bagi penulis untuk merancang salah satu materi panas jenis alat converter yaitu Thermosiphon Reboiler. Thermosiphon Reboiler pada industri lain dan industri kimia berfungsi sebagai pemanas, pemanas air, minyak dan lainnya. Pada pabrik ini penulis merancang heater repeat ( Thermasiphon Reboiler ) untuk pemanasan thermal oil meskipun thermal oil memilikinya minyak telah dipanaskan pada relokasi tangki, namun minyak termal tersebut belum dapat dimanfaatkan untuk peningkatan suhu asam lemak untuk diproses secara lanjutan. Di Sini Thermosiphon Reboiler berfungsi untuk memanaskan kembali thermal oil hingga mencapai suhu tersebut. Thermosiphon Reboiler yang desain tertulisnya berbentuk tabung spiral penutup cangkang sebagai rumah dari formasi spiral tabung dan tempat mengeluarkan aliran minyak termal yang ada di pemanas yang direncanakan. Tentu saja tidak sesederhana itu namun ada komponen pendukung lainnya seperti gasket, stream nose) buffel, shell cover ( shell ), dan yang lainnya termasuk Komponen Reboiler Thermosiphon. Heat Exchanger appliance represent the part of industrial appliance of chemistry ( part of operation unit ). This appliance play role important at the operation unit. Matter that's becoming base to writer to design one of the kalor penukar appliance type that is Thermosiphon Reboiler. Thermosiphon Reboiler at other industrial and chemical industry fungtion as heater, that water heater, oil and other. In the plant this writer design heater repeat ( Thermasiphon Reboiler ) for the warm-up of thermal oil although oil thermal have been heated in tank relocation of oil, but the thermal oil not yet earned to be utili zed for menaikan of fatty acid temperature to be prosessed by continuation. Here Thermosiphon Reboiler fungtion to heat again thermal oil till reach the temperature. Thermosiphon Reboiler which is writer design in form of spiral tube that is shell cover as house from tube spiral formation and place emit a stream of thermal oil it which is in the planned heater. Of course do not as simple as that way however there is other supporter component like gasket, stream nose) buffel, shell cover ( cangkang ), and the other which is the including Thermosiphon Reboiler Component.en_US
