Abstract

Metode pelak:sanaan dan pengawasan merupak:an hal yang paling penting dalam melaksanak:an suatu pekerjaan dan juga hal yang diperlukan dalam memastikan wak:tu penyelesaian proyek. Dimana dalam perencanaan dan penjadwalan tersebut telah disediak:an pedoman yang spesifik untuk menyelesaikan aktivitas proyek dengan lebih cepat, tepat dan efisien. Skripsi ini secara khusus membahas bagaimana menerapkan metode pelak:sanaan dan pengawasan pelak:sanaan proyek konstruksi pada perusahaan kontrak:tor CV. Kaisar Konstruksi pada proyek Peningkatan Siabaksa - Bak:ara Kee. Baktiraja Kab. Humbang Hasundutan. Adapun penelitian dilak:ukan dengan wawancara dan studi literatur. Analisa pada studi ini meliputi penjadwalan proyek, identifikasi aktivitas, penyusunan urutan kegiatan, perkiraan kurun wak:tu, penyusunan jadwal, monitoring (pengawasan), pencatatan hasil kerja, pemak:aian sumber daya, memeriksa kualitas, kemajuan proyek di lapangan, ak:ibat yang terjadi pada tanggal penyelesaian proyek, memeriksa kemungkinan munculnya jalur kritis barn. Dari hasil analisa disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen wak:tu yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan kontraktor belum sepenuhnya mampu melak:sanak:an secara ideal metode pelak:sanan dan pengawasan proyek, karena masih belum sempumanya dalam melaksanakan aspek dari manajemen proyek. Pengawasan (monitoring) merupakan salah satu aspek tersulit untuk dilakukan secara akurat dan teliti dikarenakan harus adanya korelasi yang kuat antara level executive management dengan para pelaksana di lapangan. Dalam melaksanakan suatu kegiatan (proyek) hal yang paling utama yang harus diperhatikan untuk dilaksanakan yaitu : 1. Manajemen proyek, 2. Metode pelaksanaan, 3. Pengawasan (monitoring). Sebab jika salah satu dari ketiga hal diatas tidak dilaksanakan maka proyek tersebut dapat terbengkalai ataupun mengalami perubahan jadwal pelaksanaan, yang akhimya merugikan perusahaan kontraktor itu sendiri.
