Perancangan Meja Cafe Multifungsi yang Ergonomis dengan Metode Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) di Cafe MJ

Abstract

Seluruh kegiatan pasti berhubungan dengan kepentingan seseorang. Orang akan dijadikan sebagai objek dari pengembangan setiap produk yang dibuat, namun banyak produk yang dipakai seseorang dianggap belum ergonomis, dan orang tidak menyadarinya, sehingga produk yang dipakai sedikit dalam memberikan manfaat serta membuat pengguna tidak nyaman. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya rancangan terhadap meja café untuk dapat memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan, serta dapat meningkatkan produktivas customer. Pendekatan Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) merupakan pengembangan dari Quality Function Deployment (QFD) yaitu dengan menambahkan hubungan baru antara kebutuhan konsumen dengan aspek ergonomi dari produk. EFD bertujuan mengetahui ergonomis atau tidaknya hasil suatu rancangan. Korelasi antara kebutuhan konsumen dengan aspek-aspek ergonomi dapat dimasukkan kedalam matriks House Of Quality(HOQ) dengan mempertimbangkan aspek ergonominya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD), menggunakan atribut ENASE didapatkan prioritas tertingggi pada nilai contribution yaitu, folding stand table (2.83), Stop kontak (2.82), Gantungan Barang (2.67), kontruksi kokoh (2,13), rak koridor (2,01). Dimana diperoleh hasil dari rancangan meja café multifungsi yang ergonomis sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan customer. Dari prioritas nilai contribution diatas, hal tersebut memberikan kemudahan bagi customer saat beraktivitas, yang berpengaruh pada peningkatan produktivitas customer. Dalam pengukuran dimensi produk menggunakan metode antropometri, sehingga dihasilkan rancangan meja café multifungsi dengan dimensi ukuran panjang 120 cm, lebar 70 cm, dan tinggi 75 cm, dimana hal tersebut memberikan kenyamanan bagi customer. Therefore there is a need for a design to café tables to provide convenience and comfort, as well as can increase customer productivity. Ergonomic Function Approach Deployment (EFD) is a development of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), namely by adding a new relationship between consumer needs and the ergonomic aspects of the product. EFD aims to determine ergonomics or whether or not the result of a plan. The correlation between consumer needs and ergonomic aspects can be included in the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix by considering the ergonomic aspects. Based on research carried out using the Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) method, using the ENASE attribute, the highest priority for contribution value was obtained, namely, folding stand table (2.83), socket (2.82), item hanger (2.67), sturdy construction (2.13). ), corridor shelf (2.01). Where the results are obtained from the design of an ergonomic multifunctional café table in accordance with the customer's needs and desires. From the priority contribution value above, this makes it easier for customers when carrying out their activities, which has an effect on increasing customer productivity. In measuring product dimensions using the anthropometric method, a multifunctional café table design was produced with dimensions of 120 cm long, 70 cm wide and 75 cm high, which provides comfort for customers.
