This study aims to determine the relationship between parental support and achievement motivation in students of Prestasi Utama High School. The sample in this study were 148 students at Prestasi Utama High School. This research method uses correlational quantitative methods. The method of data analysis in this study is Correlation-Product Moment. Based on the calculation of the r Product Moment analysis with a value or coefficient (rxy) = 0.867 and a coefficient (r2) = 0.752 with P = 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between parental support and achievement motivation. Parental support contributes to achievement motivation by 75.2%. From these results it is known that there are still 24.8% of other factors of achievement motivation, namely from internal factors including: goals set, desired expectations, underlying ideals, attitudes towards life and the environment, self-esteem, self-confidence, fear for success, experience possessed, and potential, the external factors themselves include: group norms, teacher support and expectations, and the atmosphere of the school environment. It is known that parental support for students is stated in the moderate category leading to low with empirical mean = 106.57 < hypothetical mean = 112.5 where the difference between the two means exceeds the SD number = 27.031 and achievement motivation is classified as moderate leading to low with empirical mean = 111 .67 < hypothetical mean = 120 where the difference between the two means exceeds SD = 23.436.
