dc.description.abstractAnalisis disiplin kerja merupakan proses untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai terkait dengan disiplin kerja. Tujuan dari analisis disiplin kerja adalah untuk menentukan apakah pegawai telah mematuhi aturan dan kebijakan perusahaan, serta mengidentifikasi penyebab ketidakpatuhan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan disiplin kerja pegawai. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu bagaimana disiplin kerja pegawai di kantor Kelurahan Sibolga Ilir dan faktor yang menjadi hambatan disiplin kerja pegawai di kantor Kelurahan Sibolga Ilir. Peneliti mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa analisis disiplin kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Sibolga Ilir melalui 3 indikator yaitu, disiplin peraturan dan disiplin tanggung jawab yang sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Dibuktikan dengan ketaatan pegawai terhadap aturan berpakaian dan ketaatan pegawai dalam mengikuti prosedur kerja yang ditetapkan dan ketaatan pegawai terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Namun masih diperlukan evaluasi serta peningkatan disiplin waktu dalam bekerja karena masih ada keterlambatan dalam kehadiran pegawai. Adapun hambatan yang terjadi dalam disiplin kerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan sibolga ilir yaitu kurangnya pengawasan dan pembinaan, jarak tempuh tempat tinggal yang jauh, tidak adanya sanksi yang jelas serta kurangnya motivasi dan apresiasi dalam bekerja yang membuat disiplin kerja belum tercapai sepenuhnya. Work discipline analysis is a process for evaluating employee performance related to work discipline. The purpose of work discipline analysis is to determine whether employees have complied with company rules and policies, as well as identifying the causes of non-compliance and providing recommendations to improve employee compliance and work discipline. The formulation of the problem in the research is how the work discipline of employees at the Sibolga Ilir Village office is and the factors that become obstacles to employee work discipline at the Sibolga Ilir Village office. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. Based on the research results, the analysis of employee work discipline at the Sibolga Ilir Subdistrict Office is based on 3 indicators, namely, regulatory discipline and responsibility discipline which have been implemented well. Evidenced by employee compliance with the dress code and employee compliance in following established work procedures and employee compliance with the duties and responsibilities given. However, evaluation and improvement of time discipline at work is still needed because there are still delays in employee attendance. The obstacles that occur in employee work discipline at the Sibolga Ilir sub-district office are lack of supervision and guidance, long distance to live, lack of clear sanctions and lack of motivation and appreciation for work which means that work discipline has not been fully achieved.en_US
