Abstract: Komitmen organisasi karyawan marketing sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan karena karyawan marketing yang memegang peran terhadap kemajuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan komitmen organisasi ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert pada karyawan marketing. Skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala komitmen organisasi dengan pengumpulan data yang menggunakan skala likert, sedangkan skala tipe kepribadian didapat melalui screening tipe kepribadian dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang karyawan marketing PT. Bank BTPN Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Independent Sample T-test, maka dapat diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : terdapat perbedaan komitmen organisasi antara tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert karyawan marketing PT. Bank BTPN Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan p < 0,001, yang artinya ada perbedaan komitmen organisasi ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa komitmen organisasi karyawan marketing pada tipe kepribadian ekstrovert tinggi, sebab mean hipotetiknya 157,5 lebih kecil dari pada mean empirik 192,706 dimana selisihnya melebihi nilai SD 17,549 dan pada karyawan marketing berdasarkan tipe kepribadian introvert berada pada kategori rendah, sebab mean hipotetiknya 157,5 lebih kecil dari mean empirik 160,061, dimana selisihnya lebih dari nilai SD 60,107. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Marketing employee organizational commitment is needed by the company because marketing employees play a role in the progress of the company. This study aims to look at differences in organizational commitment in terms of extroverted and introverted personality types in marketing employees. The scale used in this study is the organizational commitment scale by collecting data using a Likert scale, while the personality type scale is obtained through personality type screening where the subjects in this study were 100 marketing employees of PT. Bank BTPN Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang. The data analysis method used in this study is the Independent Sample T-test technique, so the following results can be obtained: there are differences in organizational commitment between extroverted and introverted personality types of marketing employees at PT. Bank BTPN Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang. This result is evidenced by p <0.001, which means that there are differences in organizational commitment in terms of extroverted and introverted personality types, it can be stated that the organizational commitment of marketing employees to extroverted personality types is high, because the hypothetical mean is 157.5 less than the empirical mean of 192.706 where the difference exceeds the SD value of 17.549 and for marketing employees based on introverted personality types is in the low category, because the hypothetical mean is 157.5 smaller than the empirical mean of 160.061, where the difference is more than the SD value of 60.107. From the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted.
