Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim sekolah dengan self regulated learning siswa Sekolah Polisi Negara (SPN) Hinai Polda SUMUT. This study aims to determine the correlation between school climate and students self-regulated learning at the Hinai Polda SUMUT National Police School (SPN). Self-regulated learning is a person's ability to face challenges and combine positive expectations and motivation as well as various strategies for solving problems that include personal (cognitive and affective/emotional), behavioral (behavioral) and contextual aspects. To measure self-regulated learning, a scale is used based on the aspects of self-regulated learning according to Schunk and Zimmerman (in Ropp, 2008), namely; metacognition aspects, motivational aspects and behavioral aspects. This study aims to determine the correlation between school climate and the self-regulated learning of students at the Hinai Polda SUMUT State Police School (SPN). The subjects of this study were 152 SPN students. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the population. The data collection method was carried out using the school climate scale and the self-regulated learning scale. Based on the results of the calculation of the r product moment correlation, it can be seen that there is a positive correlation between school climate and self-regulated learning where rxy = 0.427 with a significant p = 0.000 P <0.05, meaning that the higher the school climate, the higher the student's self-regulated learning. Then the hypothesis proposed in this study is declared accepted.
