dc.description.abstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat hubungan antara self efficacy dengan komunikasi interpersonal pada Guru di SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru di SMA Negeri 2 Tebing sebanyak 52 orang. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala self efficacy dan skala komunikasi interpersonal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis korelasi r Product moment menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy dengan komunikasi interpersonal di mana rxy = 0,815 dengan signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dengan semakin sedang self efficacy maka semakin sedang pula kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal Guru. Sehingga, hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Dengan dibuktikan bahwa self efficacy berdistribusi sebesar 66,40% terhadap komunikasi interpersonal, yang dapat dilihat dari faktor lain antara yaitu sebesar 33,6 %. Faktor lain tersebut adalah trust/kepercayaan, perilaku sportif, sikap terbuka dan self efficacy. Hal ini dilihat dari koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,664. The purpose of this study was to look at the correlation between self-efficacy and interpersonal communication in Teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi. The research approach used is a quantitative. The population in this study were teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi as many as 52 people. To determine the number of samples in this study using the technique of total sampling. Data retrieval is done using the self-efficacy scale and the interpersonal communication scale. Based on the results of data analysis using the r Product moment correlation analysis method showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between self efficacy and interpersonal communication where rxy = 0,815 with a significant p = 0.000 < 0.05. From the research results obtained, the currently the self-efficacy, the currently the teacher's interpersonal communication skills. Thus, the propose hypothesis is declared accepted. Furthermore, this study proved that self-efficacy contributed 66,40 % to interpersonal communication which can be seen from other factors, namely 33.6%. These other factors are trust, sportsmanship, open attitude and self-efficacy. This is seen from the determinant coefficient (r2) = 0,664.en_US
