Abstract: | A project will have a time limit (deadline) of any activity that takes place, which means that the project should be completed before or right at the time ditentuka. Good time management is an essential element in it. As the eruption of Mount Sinabung mitigation projects. Implementation of the project requires the management of the project from beginning to end execution of the job. One method of scheduling execution of project work that can be used is by CPM scheduling method. CPM stands for Critical Path Method (critical path method). In the method CPM (Critical Path Method) is used to determine the critical path of a project which is a management technique to a method of planning. The critical path or critical path consists of a series of critical activities, starting from the first activity to the recent activities of the project, meaning the critical path is important for implementing the project because the line was located activities if its implementation is too late to be led to delays in the overall project which is also sometimes there is more than one critical path in the network. Critical path generated by scheduling method CPM (Critical Path Method) is the quality management activities due to the advanced computation (Forward Computation) via the Start to Finish with a duration of 37 weeks and the countdown (backward Computation) through the finish to the start also has a duration of 37 weeks that hav been used curve s in this project is not visible |
