dc.description.abstractDengan berkembangnya zaman yang semakin pesat, diperlukan adanya perpindahan tempat secepatnya. Aplikasi ojek online seperti Gogek pun bermunculan. yang sangat populer karena kenyamanannya dan harga yang terjangkau. Pengemudi yang mendapat pesanan menerima notifikasi melalui aplikasi yang terpasang di ponsel pengemudi. Selanjutnya pengemudi mendatangi pelanggan yang memesan menggunakan rute yang tertera pada peta digital di ponsel pengemudi. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan bagi para pengemudi ojek online. dimana kurangnya konsentrasi dan kesadaran menyebabkan para pengemudi ojek online lebih fokus dalam memeriksa ponselnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quantitative Analysis of Situation Awareness (QUASA). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan nilai akurasi sebenarnya dengan akurasi yang dirasakan serta mengukur tingkat kesadaran pengemudi ojek online berusia 21, 25, dan 30 tahun di wilayah kota Medan. Berdasarkan hasil, nilai akurasi aktual sebesar 60,74%, dan nilai akurasi persepsian sebesar 82,59%. Kemudian, nilai akurasi aktual usia 25 tahun sebesar 49,90%, dan nilai akurasi persepsian sebesar 80,37%: nilai akurasi aktual usia 30 tahun sebesar 68,33%, dan nilai akurasi persepsian sebesar 80,37%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakteristik ketiga usia tersebut adalah terlalu percaya diri, untuk tingkat kesadaran pada usia 21 tahun sebesar 49,64%, 25 tahun sebesar 39,32%, dan 30 tahun sebesar 53,13%. With the rapid development of the era, there is a need to move places as quickly as possible.Online taxi bike applications such as Gogek have emerged. which are very popular hecause of their convenience and affordable rates. Drivers who get orders receive notifications via the application installed on the drivers' cell phones. Afterward, drivers go to the customers who ordered using the route displayed on the digital map on the drivers' cell phones. This is a problem for online taxi bike drivers. in which the lack of concentration and awareness caused online motorcycle taxi drivers to be more focused on checking their cell phones.This research used the Quantitative Analysis of Situation Awareness (QUASA) method. It aimed to compare the actual accuracy values with pereeived accuracy and measure the level of awareness in online taxi bike drivers aged 21, 25. and 30 years in the Medan city area. Based on the results, the actual accuracy value was 60.74%, and the perceived accuracy value was 82.59%. Then,the actual accuracy value of age 25 years was 49.90%, and the perceived accuracy value was 80.37%: the actual accuracy value of age 30 years was 68.33%, and the perceived accuracy value was 80.37%. It can be concluded that the characteristics of these three ages were over-confident,for the level of awareness aged 21 years was 49.64%, 25years was 39.32%, and 30 years was 53.13%en_US
