dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan pajak, kualitas pelayanan, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap motivasi wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam memenuhi kewajibannya pada kpp pratama pematang siantar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan wajib pajak orang pribadi yang teraftar di kantor pelayanan pajak pratama pematang siantar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan tingkat signifikasi yang digunakan 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajibannya, kulitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajibannya, tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajibannya. Dan pengetahuan, kualitas pelayanan dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajibannya pada kpp pratama pematang siantar This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, quality of service and level of educat ion on the motivation of individual taxpayers in fulfilling their obligations at the Pematang Siantar KPP. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were individual taxpayers who were registered at the Pematang Siantar Primary Tax Service Office. Sampling used ra ndom sampling with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the results of the study, knowled ge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer motivation in fulfilling its obligations, service quality has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer motivation in fulfilling its ob ligations, education level has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of taxpayers in fulfilling their obligations and knowledge, quality of service and level of education simu ltaneously influence the motivation of taxpayers in fulfilling their obligations. | en_US |
