Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Financial Technology terhadap Inklusi Keuangan UMKM Kota Medan (Studi Kasus pada Kecamatan Medan Sunggal)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Financial Technology terhadap Inklusi Keuangan UMKM Kota Medan (Studi Kasus Pada Kecamatan Medan Sunggal). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 361 pelaku UMKM Kecamatan Sunggal, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 78. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden dan data diolah melaui program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens). Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis bahwa: a) litelrasi kelulangan belrpelngarulh positif dan signifikan telrhadap inklulsi kelulangan pada UlMKM Meldan Sulnggal (nilai thitulng > ttabell, 5,426 > 1,992 pada sig. 0,000 < 0,05 selhingga hipotelsis pelnellitian H1 ditelrima. b) Financial Telchnology belrpelngarulh positif dan signifikan telrhadap inklulsi kelulangan pada UlMKM Meldan Sulnggal (nilai thitulng > ttabell 7,590 > 1,992 pada sig. 0,000 < 0,05 selhingga hipotelsis pelnellitian H2 ditelrima. c) litelrasi kelulangan dan financial telchnology selcara simulltan belrpelngarulh signifikan telrhadap inklulsi kelulangan (nilai Fhitulng > Ftabell, 716,278 > 3,12 pada sig. 0,000 < 0,005) selhingga hipotelsis pelnellitian H3 ditelrima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan literasi keuangan dan financial technology berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan UMKM Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on the financial inclusion of MSMEs in Medan City (Case Study in Medan Sunggal District). This research uses a quantitative type of research. The population in this study was 361 MSME actors in Sunggal District, so the sample in this study was 78. The data collection technique in this research was by distributing questionnaires to respondents and the data was processed through the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program. Based on hypothesis testing that: a) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion in Medan Sunggal MSMEs (tcount > ttable, 5.426 > 1.992 at sig. 0.000 < 0.05 so that the research hypothesis H1 is accepted. b) Financial Technology has a positive effect and significant impact on financial inclusion in Medan Sunggal MSMEs (tcount value > ttable 7.590 > 1.992 at sig. 0.000 < 0.05 so that the research hypothesis H2 is accepted. c) financial literacy and financial technology simultaneously have a significant effect on financial inclusion (Fcount value > Ftable, 716.278 > 3.12 at sig. 0.000 <0.005) so that the research hypothesis H3 is accepted. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously financial literacy and financial technology have a significant effect on the financial inclusion of MSMEs in Medan Sunggal District.
