Perancangan Ui/Ux Design Penjualan Ternak Berbasis Web Dengan Pendekatan Design Thinking To Rapid Prototyping Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Penjualan Ternak” (Studi Kasus: Desa Laupakam)

Abstract

Sektor peternakan menjadi salah satu penghasilan masyarakat di Desa Laupakam yang bergerak dibidang peternakan unggas, kambing, kerbau dan jenis ternak lainnya berencana menjual dan memasarkan secara online namun terkendala sistem informasi aplikasi berbasis website untuk menjual dan memasarkan berbagai hasil peternakannya. Penjualan ternak juga masih dilakukan secara tradisional seperti melakukan penjualan keliling dusun menggunakan mobil barang atau memasarkan di pasar tradisional yang memperlambat penjualan dan tidak menjamin laku terjual. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, penulis memberikan sebuah solusi dengan merancang user interface user experience website penjualan ternak yang menciptakan hasil akhir berupa prototype dan dapat digunakan secara lansung kepada pengguna untuk dilakukan tahap pengujian. Sehingga dengan adanya perancangan ini dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam menjual dan membeli hasil ternak dan mudah dan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian di Desa Laupakam. Proses perancangan ini menggunakan metode design thinking yang meliputi lima tahap yaitu emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Kemudian pengujian dalam penelitian ini meliputi aspek efektifitas, efesiensi dan kepuasan pengguna dengan menggunakan metode usability testing dan user experience questionary. Berdasarkan pengujian tersebut, untuk aspek efektifitas diperoleh nilai 78.9%, aspek efesiensi diperoleh nilai 85% dan aspek kepuasan pengguna diperoleh nilai 82.7%. Sehingga, desain solusi website penjualan ternak mendapatkan nilai sebesar 81.78% nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. The livestock sector is one of the sources of income for the people in Laupakam Village who are engaged in breeding poultry, goats, buffalo and other types of livestock. They plan to sell and market them online but are hampered by a website-based application information system for selling and marketing their various livestock products. Livestock sales are also still carried out in a traditional way, such as selling around the hamlets using goods cars or marketing at traditional markets which slows down sales and does not guarantee sales. Based on the problems above, the author provides a solution by designing a user interface user experience for a livestock sales website which creates the final result in the form of a prototype and can be used directly by users for the testing stage. So with this design it can make it easier for people to sell and buy livestock products easily and to improve the economy in Laupakam Village. This design process uses the design thinking method which includes five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Then the testing in this research includes aspects of effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction using the usability testing method and user experience questionnaire. Based on this test, the effectiveness aspect obtained a value of 78.9%, the efficiency aspect obtained a value of 85% and the user satisfaction aspect obtained a value of 82.7%. So, the livestock sales website solution design received a score of 81.78%, this score is included in the very good category.
