Pengaruh Struktur Aset, Return On Assets, dan Risiko Bisnis terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Sektor Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bei Tahun 2018-2022

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur aset, return on assets, dan risiko bisnis terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2022. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 87 perusahaan property dan real estate. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 27 perusahaan sampel untuk 5 tahun pengamatan (2018-2022). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis linier berganda,uji asumsi klasik, dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil pengujian secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa struktur aset berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap struktur modal, return on assets dan risiko bisnis berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Secara simultan, menunjukan bahwa struktur aset, return on assets, dan risiko bisnis secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2022. This study aims to determine the effect of asset structure, return on assets, and business risk on capital structure in property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018- 2022. The population of this research is 87 property and real estate companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method, so that 27 sample companies were obtained for 5 years of observation (2018-2022). The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, with hypothesis testing using the SPSS application. Partial test results show that asset structure has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, return on assets and business risk have a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneously, it shows that asset structure, return on assets, and business risk together have a significant effect on capital structure in property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022.
