dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh laba rugi operasi, debt to asset ratio dan opini audit terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 51 perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Metode penentuan sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laba rugi operasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Debt to asset ratio (DAR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Opini audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021 This study aims to determine the effect of operating profit and loss, debt to asset ratio and audit opinion on audit delay in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This type of research data is quantitative. The population in this study are all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sample in this study consisted of 51 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. Hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that operating income has a negative and significant effect on audit delay in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The debt to asset ratio (DAR) has no effect on audit delay in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Audit opinion has no effect on audit delay in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021en_US
