Abstract: Untuk menguji pengaruh budaya kerja terhadapkinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Di kota Medan. To examine the influence of work culture on employee performance at hospitals in the city of Medan. (2) To examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at hospitals in the city of Medan. (3) To examine the influence of work culture and work discipline on employee performance at hospitals in the city of Medan. Data analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 100 employees and the sample was 100 employees. The sampling technique in this research used a total sampling technique. The measuring tool used in the research is the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for hospitals in the city of Medan. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the following results were obtained: (1) The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between work culture and performance as seen from the calculated t value > t table with p = 0.000 < 0.025, namely 5.935 > 1.984 with sig 0.000 < 0.025, (2) there is a significant influence of work discipline on performance as seen from the value (calculated t) of 10.676, with a t table of 1.984. So it can besaid that the calculated t value > t table and the significance is 0.000 < 0.025. Then, simultaneously there is a significant influence between work culture and work discipline on performance as seen from the coefficient value (R²) = 0.787 with p = 0.000 < 0.050. These results are strengthened by the results of the F test where the calculated F value > F table is 178.858 > 3.090 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050
