Pengaruh Kepribadian Wirausaha, Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Dan Lingkungan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Pada Siswa Mas Al-Fuad Seruway Aceh Tamiang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kepribadian Wirausaha, Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Dan Lingkungan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Pada Siswa MAS Al-Fuad Seruway Aceh Tamiang”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas 11 dan 12 yang telah mempelajari kewirausahaan sebanyak 116 dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden.Berdasarkan uji t Kepribadian Wirausaha dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,847 > 1,988) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, kemudian variabel Pengetahuan Wirausaha diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,402 > 1,988) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,018 < 0,05, dan variabel Lingkungan diperoleh thitung > ttabel (3,143 > 1,988) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepribadian wirausaha, pengetahuan wirausaha dan lingkungan berpengaruh parsial. Nilai FHitung 11.871 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3.10 dengan sig 0.000 < 0.05 menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepribadian wirausaha, pengetahuan wirausaha, dan lingkungan berpengaruh secara simultan. Koefisien Determinasi (R2) = 0,268 atau 26,8%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 26,8% Minat Berwirausaha (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepribadian wirausaha, pengetahuan wirausaha dan lingkungan. Sisanya sebesar 73,2% dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Thus, it can be said that the variables of entrepreneurship, knowledge entrepreneurship and the environment influence simultaneously. Coefficient of Determination (R2) = 0.268 or 26.8%. This figure shows that 26.8% Interest in Entrepreneurship can be explained by entrepreneurial variables, entrepreneurial knowledge and the environment. The remaining 73.2% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
