The high level of employee turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction and the meaningful work. One of the problems is that there are many job demands given but inadequate incentives and a relatively long career path. This causes employees to think that their work does not make them grow into more positive and meaningful. This causes a high of employee turnover. This study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of meaningful work on turnover intention among employees. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the JASP program version 16. Sample of 248 employees. The instruments use the turnover intention scale, job satisfaction scale, and meaningful work scale. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction significantly mediates the influence of meaningful work on turnover intention. Based on the data analysis carried out, the results obtained are: (1) the meaningful work has a positive effect on turnover intention, with a path coefficient value of -0.437, and is significant with a p value <0.001. (2) the meaningful work has a positive effect on job satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.669, and is significant with a p value <0.001. (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on turnover intention, with a path coefficient value of -0.431, and is significant with a p value <0.001. (4) The indirect effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, through the meaningful work, is -0.289. Job satisfaction knowledge significantly mediates the relationship between meaningful work and turnover intention, with a p value <0.001.
