Abstract: | CV. Hamparan Sawit Makmur (CV. CV. Hamparan Sawit Makmur (CV. HSM) is a company engaged in processing palm oil in the Hamparan Perak sub-district. In carrying out its production activities, this company experienced supply chain problems starting from the procurement process, production to delivery. In the CV procurement process. HSM often experiences delays in FFB raw materials which can result in delays in the production process and lead to delays in the delivery process. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the performance of the Source and Delivery CV. Hampanan Sawit Makmur aims to determine the performance of Source and Delivery. Identify problematic indicators and provide suggestions for improvement. This research discusses performance measurement using the SCOR method which can measure all core processes. This measurement is only in Source and Delivery and then described in each attribute and performance metric which is presented in the form of a Key Performance Index (KPI). From the results of measuring supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method, there are 14 KPIs, namely, 8 KPIs for the source perspective, and 6 KPIs for the deliver perspective, with an average total index value of 7.42. Based on the traffic light system, the index value is in the yellow category, which indicates that CV's supply chain performance. Hampan Sawit Makmur as a whole has not achieved the expected performance even though the results are close to the set target. |
