Pengaruh Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responcibilty Kepemilikan Institusional Dan Kepemilikan Asing Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Transportasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2021

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan corporate social resposibilty, kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan asing terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2017- 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi dan penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu dan sampel ini di ambil sebanyak 60 perusahaan sektor transportasi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif,asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis denga bantuan SPSS 2023. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengungkapan corporate social respocibility, kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan asing . Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel pengungkapan corporate social respocibilty berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, variabel kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan,variabel kepemilikan asing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. This study aims to determine the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility, institutional ownership and foreign ownership on company value in transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2021. This type of research is associative. The population and this study used purposive sampling as a sampling technique with certain criteria and this sample was taken as many as 60 companies in the transportation sector. The type of data used is quantitative data with secondary data sources. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The latest analyzes used in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 2023. The independent variables used in this study are disclosure of corporate social responsibility, institutional ownership and foreign ownership. The dependent variable used in this study is firm value. The results showed that partially, the disclosure variable of corporate social responsibility has a significant positive effect on firm value, institutional ownership variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value, foreign ownership variable has a significant positive effect on firm value, and simultaneously shows that all independent variables have a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable.
