Evaluasi Kapasitas Dan Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir Mobil Pada Area B Di Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu

Abstract

Pemilihan moda transportasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh sistem transportasi termasuk pada sistem jaringan, sistem pergerakan dan kegiatan dari pola pergerakan transportasi itu sendiri. Salah satu moda transpotasi pendukungnya adalah moda transportasi udara. Pegerakan penumpang pada Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu sebanyak 5,85 juta orang sepanjang 2022 atau naik 88% secara tahunan. Jumlah pergerakan tersebut melonjak dibandingkan dengan tahun 2021 sebanyak 3,10 juta orang. Dengan meningkatnya pergerakan jumlah penumpang akan berdampak pada kendaraan yang keluar-masuk area bandara terutama pada area parkir kendaraan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kapasitas ruang parkir yang tersedia pada area parkir B. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survey secara langsung dengan sistem survey sekali waktu (cross-sectional survey). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu karakteristik parkir kendaraan roda empat dengan akumulasi parkir tertinggi sebesar 1404 kendaraan, durasi parkir kendaraan berkisar antara rentang waktu 60-120 menit, volume parkir tertinggi terjadi pada hari Minggu sebesar 376 kendaraan, tingkat pergantian parkir (turnover) rata-rata sebesar 0,906 kend/ruang/jam dengan waktu survey selama 9 jam mulai dari pukul 08.00- 17.00 WIB, dan indeks parkir maksimum sebesar 85,54 % dengan nilai rata-rata 77,59 %. Dengan hasil turnover pada tiap kendaraan <1 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketersediaan ruang parkir kendaraan area B masih dapat tersedia. Sedangkan pada hasil indeks parkir yang diperoleh bahwa indeks parkir <100% dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketersediaan fasilitas parkir kendaraan roda empat area B masih terkategori dapat menampung kendaraan yang parkir. The increasing movement of passengers will have an impact on vehicles entering and exiting the airport area, especially in the vehicle parking area. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the capacity of parking spaces available in parking area B. The method used is a direct survey with a one-time survey system (cross-sectional survey). The research results obtained are the characteristics of four-wheeled vehicle parking with the highest parking accumulation of 1404 vehicles, the duration of vehicle parking ranges between 60-120 minutes, the highest parking volume occurs on Sundays at 376 vehicles, the average parking turnover rate (turnover) amounting to 0.906 vehicles/space/hour with a survey time of 9 hours starting from 08.00-17.00 WIB, and a maximum parking index of 85,54 % with an average value of 77,59 %. With the turnover results for each vehicle <1, it can be concluded that the availability of parking space for vehicles in area B is still available. Meanwhile, the parking index results show that the parking index is <100%, so it can be concluded that the availability of four-wheeled vehicle parking facilities in area B is still categorized as being able to accommodate parked vehicles.
