Road damage occurs due to an increase in traffic volume caused by population mobility along with the expansion of residential and industrial areas in the region. The road section in Serdang Bedagai district is the road section that is the object of research. This section of road has experienced damage, especially to the surface layer and drainage, so it requires treatment. This research includes a visual survey to determine the condition of the road surface. Data was analyzed using the Provincial and District Road Management System (PKRMS) application. The results of the analysis show the condition of the Road Sections on 6 roads, the level of damage to the Asphalt/Concrete road pavement type which has the highest percentage is the Asphalt type with a percentage of 9.91% along 1.3 km and the highest percentage of Asphalt/Concrete Road Pavement Condition is 12.20 % good condition along 1.6 km. The level of damage to the Gravel/Soil road pavement type which has the highest percentage is the Gravel type with a percentage of 87.80% along 11.52 km and the highest percentage of Gravel/Soil road pavement conditions is 87.42%, heavily damaged condition along 87.42 km. Recapitulation of road stability in critical condition along 11.47 km with a percentage of 87.43% so it must be handled immediately. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the priorities for dealing with damage to road pavement were prioritized, for the 6 road sections reviewed were included in the Routine Maintenance (PR), Routine Condition (RK) and road structure improvement (UPG) programs.
