Abstract: | PT. Coca Cola Bottling Indonesia Unit Medan adalah salah satu dari sebelas perusahaan pembotolan Soft Drink yang terdapat di Indonesia, berlokasi di Jalan Medan - Belawan km. 14, Kelurahan Besar, Kecamatan Medan Labuhan. Perusahaan memproduksi lunak minuman non alkohol yaitu Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite dan Fresh Tea dengan berbagai ukuran kemasan. Bahan yang dibutuhkan untuk memproduksi minuman ringan ini antara lain air, konsentrat (bahan dasar minuman), gula dan C02. Kadar kemanisan (Brix) merupakan salah satu parameter mutu yang diperlukan Untuk mengontrol kestabilannya maka minuman ringan yang dihasilkan harus sama manisnya dan dapat mengacu pada standar yang telah ditentukan dan untuk memenuhi kepuasan konsumen. Untuk mengontrol tingkat kemanisan (0 Brix) dengan model ini mungkin ada yang mengadopsi model peta kendali. PT. Coca Cola Bottling Indonesia Unit Medan is one of eleven bottling companies for Soft Drink found in Indonesia, located on Jalan Medan - Belawan km. 14, Kelurahan Besar, Kecamatan Medan Labuhan. The company produce soft drink non alkohol, namely Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite and Fresh Tea with various size of package. The material required for producing this soft drink such as water, concentrate (beverage base), sugar and C02. The rate of sweetness (Brix) constitutes one parameter tor quality that need for controlling its stabilization -so the soft drink produced should be equal its sweetness and it may refer to standard that has been determined and that in order to fulfill satisfaction on consumer. In order to control its sweetness rate (0 Brix) by this model perhaps there adopting the control map model. |
