dc.description.abstractPeningkatan efisiensi dalam bekerja dapat dilakukan dengan cara penyeimbangan lintasan dan pemerataan pembagian beban kerja, yang diharapkan dapat menghemat waktu, tenaga, maupun biaya yang dikcluarkan, permasalahan ketidakseimbangan lintasan produksi di PT. Mabar Feed Indonesia ditandai dengan terjadinya bottleneck pada stasiun pengemasan. Metode penyeimbangan lintasan yang digunakan dalam hal ini adalah metode Ranked Positional Weight (RP"f-V), dan metode Kilbredge & Wesf'! r. Dari metode ini dipilih metode terbaik yang menghasilkan, balance Jelcy, dan ~vork center yang terbaik, berdasarkan perhitungan dan analisa ya11g telah dilakukan maka dipilih metode Kilbredge & Wester untuk menyusun stasiun kerja. Dari metode ini diperoleh total jumlah stasiun kerja sebanyak 5 stasiun kerja dan balance delay sebesar 0,87 % serta efisiensi sebesar 99, 13 %. Increase efficiency in the work can be done by balancing the track and the equitable distribution of the workload, which is expected to save time , effort, and costs incurred, the production line imbalance problem in PT . Feed Mahar Indonesia is characterized by the occurrence of botilenecks at the packing statio~s . Trajectory balancing method used in this case is the method of Ranked Positional Weight ( RPW) , and methods Kilbredge & Wester . Of methods have been the best method of producing , balance delay , and the best work center , based on calculations and aroalysis ihat has been done then selected Kilbredge & Wester method for preparing w.ork stations. This method obtained from the total number of work stations and work stations as much as 5 balance delay of 0,87 % and an efficiency of 99, 1 3 % .en_US
