Abstract: | Untuk memproduksi suatu barang atau jasa, maka yang sangat diperhatikan adalah mutu produk clan efisiensi produk yang dihasilkan. Disini penulis membatasi permasalahan hanya pada salah satu proses yaitu proses koagulasi di unit Clarifier pada air hasil proses di Zona Primary Clar ifier Untuk mengetahui kualitas air bersih sebagai produk yang dilakukan sesuai de gan syaral-syaral air bers ih yang telah ditetapkan pihak PDAM Tirtanadi melakukan pengu3ian rutin secara laboratories clan diawasi secara langsung oleh pejabat yang terkait. Ada beberapa faktor yang perlu diamati dalam pengendalian mutu suatu produksi, yaitu • - Keaclaan Raw Materi al (bahan baku) - Proses Produksi berj alan - Pemeriksaan Out Put/ In Put itu sendiri Ketiga faktor cliatas pengaruhnya terhadap usaha pengendalian mutu sangat besar sekali dan saling terkait, terutama factor produksi sangat memegang peranan penting. Proses produksi merupakan system interaksi yang diperlukan untuk menghasilkan produk jadi. PDAM Tirtanadi Instalasi Sunggal adalah salah satu Instalasi Pengolahan Air yang ada di PDA1vf Tirtanadi. Pada unit clarifier terjadi proses penambahan tawas yang berfungsi sebagai zat penggumpal larutan koloid yang terkandung dalam air. Oleh karena itu penelitian dilakukan hanya difokuskan pada air hasil proses koagulasi di Zona Primary Clarifier saja. Proses Koagulasi ini sangat mempengaruhi komposisi turbiditi air hasil pengolahan yaitu : - Turbiditi Air Baku (Nephelometric Turbidity Units) -Dosis Tawas (ppm) Tujuan dari faktor ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang paling berpengaruh terhadap turbidity air zona primary clarifier. Dengan diketahuinya faktor yang paling berpengaruh maka dapat diketahui kondisi yang optimum sehingga dip, roleh turbidity air hasil proses koagulasi yang optimum pula. Dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian ini sejumlah langkah-langkah pemecahan masalah dilakukan yaitu : 1. Melakukan percobaan dengan mengkombinasikan taraf dan masing-masing faktor mengikuti model eksperimen factorial 22 . 2 Menghitung efek dua faktor 3 Tahap Optimasi melibatkan dua faktor yang paling berpengaruh yaitu faktor turbiditi (kekeruhan) air baku dan dosis tawas. Tahap optirnasi dengan menggunakan lintas pendakian tercuram, maka diperoleh persamaan: Y = 3.953 - 0. 298 X1 -- 0. 873 X2 4 Hasil optimasi kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh : Turbiditi Air Baku dalam NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units) - T araf Rendah - Taraf Tinggi Dosis Tawas dalam ppm - TarafRendah - Taraf Tinggi : 27 5 NTU : 51.5 NTU : 37.325 ppm : 42.325 ppm To produce a service or goods, hence is which is very paid attention is quality of yielded product efficieny and product. Here writer limit problems only at one of the process that is process of koagulasi in unit of clarifier at water result of process in zona primary of clarifier. I To know the quality of clean \~1ater as done/conducted product as according to clean water conditions which have been specified by party/side of PDAM Tirtanadi (do/conduct) examination of routine by laboratories and observed directly by related/relevant functionaiy There arc some fa ctor whi ch need to be perceived m quality control of a production, that is : - Situation of Raw Material - Production process walk - Inspection of put out I inself put in. Production process represent needed to interaction system yield product become. Installation Tirtanadi PD . .<\lvf of Sunggal is one of the installation processing of water exist in Tirtanadi PDAM. At unit of clarifier happened process addition of functioning alum as a koagulant of cloid condensation which consist in underwaterly. There for research done/conducted only focused at water result of process of koagulationin zona of pnmary .iust clarifier. This process of koagulation is very influencing of composition of turbidity irrigate result of processing that is : - Raw \Vater Turbidity (Nephelomctric Turbidity Units) - Alum close (ppm) I Intenti on ot• this factor is to m know any kind of most having an effect on to turbidity irrigete zona of primary clarifier. Known of most having an effect on factor hence can know by the condition of optimum is so that obtained by turbidity inigater result of process of koagulation optimum also. In reaching the target of this research a number of trouble - shooting stages, steps (done/ conducted) by that is 1 Doing I conducting attempt by combining level and each factor follow model factorial experiment iJ.. 2 Counting I calculating effect two factor. 3 Phase of optimasi entangle two most factor having an effect on. Phase of optimasi by using steep angle of pitch, hence obtained equation : Y = 3.953 - 0.298 X1 -0.873 X2. 4 Result of optimasi both of the factor obtained : Raw water turbidity in Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTU) Low level : 27.5 NTU High level : 51.5 NTU Alum dose (ppm) Low level : 37.325 ppm High leve l : 42 325 ppm |
