dc.description.abstractPenerapan Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM) ini merupakan aspek yang penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas produksi di perusahaan. Konsep GKM adalah bahwa para pekerja merupakan orang yang paling tepat untuk memecahkan masalah yang tetjadi dalam peketjaannya, meningkatkan mutu kerja dan untuk meningkatkan effisiensi ketja sehingga segala macam pemborosan dapat dikurangi. The implementation of the Quality Control Group (GKM) is an important aspect important in increasing production productivity in the company. GKM concept is that workers are the most appropriate people to solve problems that occur in the work, improve the quality of work and to increase work efficiency so that all kinds of waste can be avoided reduced.en_US
