dc.description.abstract | Lalu lintas dikatakan baik adalah lalu lintas dengan arus yang lancar, kecepatan yang cukup, aman, dan nyaman. Akan tetapi, kerusakan jalan yang terjadi di berbagai daerah saat ini merupakan permasalahan yang sangat kompleks dan kerugian yang diderita sungguh besar terutama bagi pengguna jalan, seperti terjadinya waktu tempuh yang lama, kemacetan, kecelakaan lalu-lintas, dan lain-lain. Kerugian secara individu tersebut akan menjadi akumulasi kerugian ekonomi global bagi daerah tersebut. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut Ruas Jalan Simpang Ujung Aji Kota Kabanjahe perlu dilakukan survei observasi agar dapat mengetahui pengaruh kerusakan jalan terhadap kinerja jalan serta upaya penanganannya. Evaluasi kondisi permukaan perkerasan jalan dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan di lapangan dan dibagi per segmen. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan uji Regresi Linier Sederhana menggunakan Software SPSS dari uji Regresi Linier Sederhana disimpulkan bahwa Model regresi yang direkomendasikan adalah regresi linear karena imenghasilkan ihasil iyang signifikan idalam itahap dasar pengambilan keputusan.iBerdasarkan persamaan ilinear isederhana iyang terdapat ipada itabel iimenunjukkan bahwa iuntuk ikinerja ijalaniYi=ii-771.291i+ 0.413X1i+ 0.003 iX2 idengan R2 sebesar i0.758i tingkat hubungani“kuat”iartinya ijika iterjadi ipeningkatan (volumei lalu ilintas),idan X2i(waktu) 1isatuan imaka inilai ikinerja iijalan (Y).iKoefisien iR2 itertinggi dimiliki ioleh iX1i(volume ilalu ilintas),idan iX2i (waktu) iterhadap Y (kinerja jalan) isebesar i0.758i memiliki iarti ibahwa pengaruh ikerusakan ipekerasan lentur i(aspal) imemilikii hubungan isangat kuat iterhadap ikinerja jalan. Traffic that is said to be good is traffic with a smooth flow, sufficient speed, safety and comfort. However, road damage that is currently occurring in various regions is a very complex problem and the losses suffered are enormous, especially for road users, such as long travel times, traffic jams, traffic accidents, and so on. These individual losses will be an accumulation of global economic losses for the region. Based on this explanation, the Road Of Simpang ujung Aji City Of Kabanjahe section requires an observation survey to determine the effect of road damage on road performance and efforts to deal with it. Evaluation of road pavement surface conditions is carried out by observing in the field and divided by segment. Then the data was analyzed using a Simple Linear Regression test using SPSS Software. From the Simple Linear Regression test, it was concluded that the recommended iregression model is ilinear iregression because it produces significant results in the basic stages of decision making. Based on the simple ilinear equation contained in table it, it shows that for road performance iYi=i i-771.291i+ i0.413 (time) it units, then this is the value of road performance i(Y).
