Usulan Tata Letak Fasilitas dengan Menggunakan Metode Blocplan Pada PT. Sinar Sanata Electronic Industry

Abstract

PT. Sinar Sanata Electronic Industry merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur dengan produk utama berupa bola lampu. Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi PT. Sinar Sanata Electronic Industry adalah keadaan lantai produksi di perusahaan saat ini masih belum tersusun dengan baik hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyak ditemukan stasiun kerja yang memiliki urutan aliran bahan yang berhubungan erat ditempatkan berjauhan misalnya antara gudang bahan baku ke ruang produksi, jarak ruang bahan baku ke ruang produksi yang terlalu jauh yang berjarak 71 meter, menyebabkan terhambatnya percepatan produksi, serta dari kantor pergudangan ke ruang bahan baku sehingga terkendalanya percepatan waktu untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai bahan baku. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang ulang tata letak pabrik dengan menggunakan Algoritma Blocplan. Dengan melakukan input data Departemen Data mengenai jumlah depertemen, nama departemen, dan ukuran luas masing–masing departemen/stasiun kerja dimasukkan ke input data software BLOCPLAN. Penelitian ini bersifat descriptive survei research, yaitu suatu jenis penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara sistematik, faktual, dan akurat tentang fakta–fakta dan sifat–sifat suatu objek atau populasi tertentu. Berdasarkan layout aktual besar aliran material sebesar 629,1 meter. Hasil rancangan layout usulan menggunakan Algoritma Blocplan memiliki total aliran material 528 meter. Selisih yang diperoleh dari layout aktual dengan layout usulan yaitu sebesar 101,1 meter dengan penghematan jarak aliran material sebesar 16,07%. PT. This can be seen from the discovery of many work stations that have closely related material flow sequences placed far apart, for example between the raw material warehouse to the production room, the distance between the raw material room and The production room is too far away, which is 71 meters, causing delays in the acceleration of production, and from the warehouse office to the raw materials room, there are obstacles in speeding up the time to get information about raw materials. Based on these problems, this research aims to redesign the factory layout using the Blocplan algorithm. By inputting department data, data regarding the number of departments, department names and the size of each department/work station are entered into the BLOCPLAN data input software. This research is descriptive survey research, which is a type of research that aims to systematically, factually and accurately describe the facts and characteristics of a particular object or population.Based on the actual layout, the material flow size is 629.1 meters. The results of the proposed layout design using the Blocplan algorithm have a total material flow of 528 meters. The difference obtained from the actual layout with the proposed layout is 101.1 meters with a material flow distance savings of 16.07%.
