dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pada karyawan PT. Agro Mitra Madani, Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan purposive sampling, pengambilan sampel digunakan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi kinerja dan teknik skala yaitu motivasi kerja. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product moment (rxy = 0,512 dengan p =0,004 artinya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan anatara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT. Agro Mitra Madani, Jambi, yang menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan maka semakin tinggi kinerja pada karyawanya. Motivasi kerja PT. Agro Mitra Madani, Jambi tergolong rendah karena (mean empirik = 55,94). Dan kinerja pada karyawan juga tergolong rendah, karena (mean empirik = 54,38) > mean hipotetik = 65 dimana selisihnya kurang dari bilangan SD =5,390). Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut BE% 44,3 artinya motivasi kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap kinerja. This research aims to see the correlation between motivation and performance in employees of PT. Agro Mitra Madani. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The sample in this study was 77 employees with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sampling technique was used using performance documentation techniques and scale techniques, namely work motivation. Data analysis used the Product moment correlation technique (rxy = 0.512 with p = 0.004, meaning that there is a positive and significant correlation between work motivation and employee performance in employees of PT. Agro Mitra Madani, Jambi, which shows that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation at PT. Agro Mitra Madani, Jambi is classified as low because (empirical mean 55.94). And employee performance is also classified as low, because (empirical mean 54.38) > hypothetical mean = 65 where the difference is less than the SD number = 5,390). The coefficient of determination of this correlation is BE% 44.3, meaning that work motivation makes an effective contribution to performance. | en_US |
