Abstract: Motivasi berprestasi adalah harapan untuk memperoleh kepuasan dalam penguasaan perilaku yag menantang dan sulit, McClelland (dalam Hamalik,20008). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan positif antara efikasi diri dengan motivasi be rprestasipada remaja •di SMK Negeri I Peureulak. Penelitian ini rnerupakan penelitian ko relasional yang rnenggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data rnenggunakan skala efikasi diri dan skala motivasi berprestasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 100 siswa remaja SMK Negeri 1 Peureulak, teknik pengambilan sample_penelitian menggunakan teknik random sampling. Skala efikasi diri dan motivasi berprestasi disl1sun sendiri oleh peneliti dengan skala likert. Basil uji reabilitas skala efikasi diri sebesar 0,712 dan motivasi berp restasi sebesar 0,669. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan dibantu dengan spss 16,00 for windows. Dari basil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian awal teruji yaitu ada hubungan positif antara efikasi diri dengan motivasi berprestasi pada remaja di SMI) Negeri 1 Peureulak, dibuktikan dengan koefisien rxy= 0,704 ; p = 0,000 berarti p < 0,0'.50. Hal ini berarti semakin • baik efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi motivasi be rprestasi pada remaja. Berdasarkan basil penelitian yang dilakukan pada siswa remaja di SMK Negeri I Peureulak, maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Berdasarkan koefisien determinan (r 2) dari hubungan diatas adalah sebesar 0,495. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi dipengaruhi efikasi dirisebesar 49,5% selebihnya 50,5% motivasi berprestasi dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang dalam penelitian tidak diteliti. This research aims to find out whether there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and motivation achievement in teenagers •at SMK Negeri I Peureulak. This research is research relational co that uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses self-efficacy scale and achievement motivation scale. The research subjects were 100 students teenagers at SMK Negeri 1 Peureulak, sampling technique_research using techniques random sampling. The self-efficacy and achievement motivation scales were developed by the researchers themselves with a Likert scale. The results of the reliability test for the self-efficacy scale were 0.712 and motivation with a rest of 0.669. Data analysis using product moment correlation and assistance with SPSS 16.00 for Windows. From the research results it can be concluded that testing It was initially proven that there was a positive relationship between self-efficacy and achievement motivation teenagers at SMI) Negeri 1 Peureulak, proven by the coefficient rxy= 0.704; p = 0.000 means p < 0.0'.50. This means that the better • self-efficacy, the higher the motivation achievement in teenagers. Based on the results of research conducted on teenage students in Peureulak State Vocational School I, then the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
