Abstract

Berdasarkan analisis dan evaluasi yang dilakukan penulis, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1. Struktur Organisasi PT. ECOGREEN OLEOCHEM\CALS MEDAN adalah berdasarkan Struktur Organisasi Garis. Dirnana perintah mengalir dari atasan kepada bawahan melalui tingkat rnanajerial sarnpai kepada tingkat yang lebih rendah. 2. PT. ECOGREEN OLEOCHEMICALS MEDAN yang berkedudukan di jalan medan be1awan, rnerupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalarn penjualan alat-alat kesehatan. 3. Dalarn proses produksi yang dirnulai dari jembatan tirnbangan sarnpai dengan akhir proses produksi telah menunjukkan kerja yang teratur dan baik. Dengan pasilitas yang lengkap dan proses yang terta baik dan teratur maka sangat menentukan bagi perusahaan yang bergerak dalarn bidang industri , khususnya PT. ECOGREEN OLEOCHEMICALS MEDAN 4. Perencanaan produksi yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan melalui rencana anggaran atau rencana target perusahaan pada setiap tahunnya maka rencana jangka pendek yang dituangkan dalam rencana pedoman tahunan.
