dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah dan jaminan sosial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Ponpes Ar-raudlatul Hasanah medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap Ponpes Ar-raudlatul Hasanah Medan yang berjumlah 57 orang, maka sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Ponpes Ar-raudlatul Hasanah Medan yang berjumlah 57 orang The aim of this research is to determine the effect of wages and security social impact on employee work productivity at the Ar-raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School Medan. This type of research is associative research. Population in research These are 57 permanent employees of the Ar-raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School in Medan people, then the sample in this research is employees of the Ar-raudlatul Islamic Boarding School Hasanah Medan, numbering 57 peopleen_US
