Pengaruh Faktor Eksternal dan Internal Pekerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Gudang 10 Unit Tanjung Morawa

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja pada dasarnya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik yang berasal dari dalam Manajemen Organisasi/ Perusahaan itu sendiri ataupun yang berhubungan dengan pekerja itu sendiri. Maka ada dua faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam menganalisis tingkat produktivitas kerja, yaitu faktor eksternal dan faktor internal pekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor eksternal dan internal pekerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor eksternal dan internal pekerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Gudang 10 Unit Tanjung Morawa dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 61,1%, sedangkan secara parsial faktor eksternal dan internal pekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Gudang 10 Unit Tanjung Morawa dengan kontribusi atau sumbangan efektif faktor eksternal pekerja sebesar 29,9% dan faktor internal pekerja sebesar 32,6%. Faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah faktor internal pekerja pada aspek disiplin kerja karena memiliki nilai koefisien regresi (Beta) sebesar 0,468. Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan menambah jumlah jenis proyek yang akan diamati supaya memberikan gambaran hasil akhir yang lebih luas dan tidak hanya tertuju pada jenis proyek tertentu. Work productivity is basically influenced by various factors, both originating from within the management of the organization/company itself or those related to the workers themselves. Then there are two factors that must be considered in analyzing the level of work productivity, namely external factors and internal factors of workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of external and internal factors of workers partially or simultaneously on work productivity and to determine the most dominant factor influencing work productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative research approach and data analysis using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the external and internal factors of workers jointly (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on work productivity in the Tanjung Morawa Unit 10 Warehouse Development Project with an influence contribution of 61.1%, while partially external and internal factors influence workers positive and significant impact on work productivity in the Tanjung Morawa Unit 10 Warehouse Development Project with an effective contribution or contribution of external factors of workers of 29.9% and internal factors of workers of 32.6%. The most dominant factor influencing work productivity is the internal factor of workers in the aspect of work discipline because it has a regression coefficient (Beta) of 0.468. Suggestions related to the results of this study are to increase the number of types of projects that will be observed in order to provide a broader picture of the final results and not only focus on certain types of projects.
